Supporting campus development

An accomplished business leader, Gisele MacDonald is the founder and president of both Chartier Property Management Inc. and ReSolve Group Inc.

She was instrumental to The University of Winnipeg’s recent campus revitalization and growth, actively participating in the development of the Buhler Centre, McFeetors Hall: Great-West Life Student Residence, The University of Winnipeg Students' Association Day Care Centre, and the Richardson College for the Environment and Science Complex.

She also served the University community on the UWinnipeg Foundation Board of Directors from 2006 to 2015.

A dedicated philanthropist, MacDonald is a generous patron of many community and charitable organizations. She has been committed and firmly dedicated to giving back to the community in the way of supporting and contributing to the Jewish National Fund, Children’s Hospital Research Foundation, The Salvation Army, Riverview Health Centre, Health Sciences Centre, Asper School of Business, Italian Chamber of Commerce, Sons of Italy, and St. Mary’s Academy Alumni Association.
