Academic Scheduling Space Booking Protocol
We request that all parties use the reserved space responsibly and respectfully. This includes allowing sufficient time to restore the space to its original configuration prior to the end of the reservation time, and ensuring that the room is unoccupied in time for the next booking. Furniture and equipment such as overheads, chairs, and tables are not to be removed from their assigned rooms.
Room capacity has been determined in accordance with the Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner. Occupancy of the booked space is not to exceed the maximum capacity indicated on your booking confirmation. If it appears that your anticipated attendance will exceed the initial request please contact Academic Scheduling as soon as possible to determine if alternate space is available.
