Gallery 1C03 Exhibit Registration

Grace Nickel: Eruptions Exhibit – February 17 - April 8, 2022

Gallery 1C03 is pleased to re-open to in-person visitors, following public health guidelines as required by the Province of Manitoba and The University of Winnipeg.

All exhibition visitors, including staff and students from The University of Winnipeg, are required to register for an appointment time slot below a minimum of 24 hours in advance of their proposed visit. Appointments will be available contingent upon staffing availability. Appointments are for a 30-minute time slot and visitors must arrive at their appointed time. Attendance is limited to 5 people per time slot. Each visitor must complete this form individually.

Off-campus visitors must arrive at the entrance of Centennial Hall (see campus maps) at their appointed time slot. Use the external building intercom and inform Security you are here to obtain a visitor pass for an approved visit. Please be prepared to provide Security proof of COVID-19 vaccination and government issued photo ID to receive a visitor pass as per University health and safety mandate. Gallery staff will then accompany you from Security to the Gallery.

All attendees must wear a mask and maintain physical distancing in all spaces. Do not attend if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms.
