Journal Issue Launch

Faculty of Arts professors, Dr. Angela Failler (Chair of the Department of Women's and Gender Studies), Dr. Peter Ives (Department of Political Science), and Dr. Heather Milne (Department of English), have co-edited a special double of the journal Review of Education, Pedagogy, and Cultural Studies, titled "Caring for Difficult Knowledge: Prospects for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights." The issue includes contributions from nine UWinnipeg faculty and staff. An event to mark the official launch of the special issue is being held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in Convocation Hall (5:30 - 7:30 PM). The event will include a panel discussion by the editors with guests Mavis Reimer (Dean of Graduate Studies) and Michael Dudley (University of Winnipeg Library).

Light food and beverages will be provided. All are welcome to attend.
