Conflicting reports concern Poli Sci prof

Political Science prof, Dr. Aaron Moore, a specialist in municipal government, recently expressed concern over conflicting reports from the union (CUPE 500) and city administration regarding snow-clearing. In his piece in the Winnipeg Free Press, Snow-clearing reports earn condemnation from UofW prof (November 3, 2015), Moore maintains that neither provides the necessary information which would allow for informed decisions to be make about snow-clearing policy, stating that "If I was an elected official trying to make a balanced decision, not based on politics, I would not find either of these informative enough to make a final decision on." Moore cites cost and efficiency of services as the main issues to be addressed.
