Arts Faculty Award Recipients announced

Each year, the Faculty of Arts celebrates excellence with awards for teaching and for research, scholarship, or creative activity.
The Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award recognizes teaching excellence in classroom teaching and in the development of innovative teaching methods along with support for and mentoring of students.
The recipients for 2016-17 are:
- Probationary or Term Appointment – Curt Pankratz (See also: Asst Prof receives teaching award)
- Associate Professor or Continuing Instructor – Colin Goff (SOC) (See also: Assoc Prof receives teaching award)
The Achievement in Scholarly or Creative Activity Award is given for a singular achievement in research or creative activity during the academic year. The recipients for 2016-17 are:
- Tenured or Continuing Appointment – Christopher Brauer (THFM); Tanya Narozhna (POL) (See also: Arts research award recipients)
