Fri. Apr. 6, 2018
The Annual Review of Interdisciplinary Justice Research (IJR), Volume 7: Representing Justice is open access and online now! The editors invite readers to dive into cutting-edge interdisciplinary research on representation and justice in fifteen original peer-reviewed articles by interdisciplinary scholars.
The IJR is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Centre for Interdisciplinary Justice Studies (CIJS). Housed in the Department of Criminal Justice, members of the CIJS include Steven Kohm, Kevin Walby, Kelly Gorkoff, Michelle Bertrand and Bronwyn Dobchuk-Land. The CIJS is committed to fostering scholarly dialogue about justice across the disciplines and between academics, activists and practitioners of justice.
The CIJS has also organized the upcoming Accessing Justice Conference (May 9-11, 2018 at The University of Winnipeg) featuring seven keynote speakers from across North America. There are no registration fees and all events are open and accessible to the public. Faculty, students, and community members are encouraged to take part in this scholarly exchange about access and justice. We hope to see you there. See our website for more information.
