Courses:
Jose teaches Fundamentals in Organizational Behaviour (BUS-2103) and Fundamentals in Human Resource Management (BUS-2440).
Research Interests:
Jose’s primary research explores the role of purpose as an innate psychological need and its implications for employee well-being, personal growth, and motivation. He is also interested in using person-centered techniques, such as latent profile analysis, to provide a new perspective in well-established areas of workplace research, such as commitment, personality, and motivation.
