Biography:

Ivor Conolley, consultant in archaeology, cultural resources management and building preservation, is a PhD in History (archaeology) and an MA in Heritage Studies. He has lectured in archaeology at the UWI, led several archaeological excavations and overseen the restoration of numerous period buildings. He has published and presented on subjects in history and archaeology. Currently president of the Jamaica Historical Society, he has served as president of the Archaeological Society of Jamaica and president of the Georgian Society of Jamaica.
