Launch of The Six Seasons of the Asiniskow Ithiniwak Project

The Six Seasons of the Asiniskow Ithiniwak collaborative project will celebrate its official launch on Friday, October 27 with a public presentation at 1 p.m. in Leatherdale Commons. Recently awarded a $2.5 million SSHRC Partnership Grant, the multi-year project works with northern Manitoba’s Asiniskow Ithiniwak (Rocky Cree) to reclaim their history by revitalizing their stories of cultural identity.
