Internships provide a tangible framework to develop hands-on work experience in an industry of interest. They enhance skills developed through studies, and facilitate practical application and portfolio-building through real-world work assignments.

The University of Winnipeg offers a variety of internships across many fields. These placements involve valuable work-training that is largely unpaid but may offer an honorarium or potential future employment within an organization.

UWinnipeg PACE partners with local businesses to supplement their diploma programs with a four-week internship component.
