Please note we will be prioritizing UW student vendors first
1. You will be assigned a table. Vendors are not at liberty to trade locations or choose alternate locations without consultation and approval by the Coordinator. 2. Vendors may arrive no earlier than 10:00 a.m. and be set up at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of space and rental payment. 3. Tables may not be moved to other locations or areas within the complex. 4. Table rental is $50.00 and must be paid in cash, prior to table set up. 5. Displays/products must be kept within the confines of the designated table rented. Mounting on walls/surrounding area and setting up extra tables is prohibited. 6. Table rental may only be used by the person or organization who booked the space. Two groups may share if they choose but this must be noted and both groups listed on the application at the time of booking. 7. You must indicate the type of product you are selling. Products are subject to approval by the Pow Wow Crafters Market Coordinator. 8. No food, beverage or other retailers merchandise may be sold, given away or promoted ie. no toys, unauthorized food, candy or beverages. 9. Solicitation of donations or fundraising for another organization (charitable or otherwise) is prohibited. 10. Failure to follow and abide by these guidelines may result in cancellation of your space without refund and refusal of admittance for future events.
