Title: Instructor and Practicum Coordinator
Biography:
Carl Heaman-Warne is an Instructor, Supervisor and the Practicum Coordinator for the MMFT Program. He is a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist and an Approved Supervisor and Supervisor Mentor with the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. His passions are helping students deepen their understandings of the interconnections between their understanding of their Self-of-the-Therapist and clinical work. In addition to his work with the MFT Program, he is a PhD candidate researching new understandings of vicarious trauma and resilience in marginalized populations.
