Kirsten Junker-Andersen

Kirsten Junker-Andersen was born and raised in Hamilton, ON.  She graduated with a Bachelor in Public Affairs and Policy Management with a specialization in Development Studies from Carleton University.  Her passion for development issues stems from some time spent in South Africa volunteering with a variety of NGOs and not for profits and has been working towards working in the field of sustainable development. Junker-Andersen is looking to gain skills and knowledge required to work in the field as well as the practical experience necessary to be successful. Grateful for the financial support from UWinnipeg which has empowered her to attend UWinnipeg as she works towards her degree and goal of working in the field of development.
