Two MDP students at G20 Interfaith Summit

First-year MDP students Jasmin Winter and Sarah Wood presented their paper entitled “Misguided Mosaics: Intersections of Sustainable Allyship, Religion and Indigenous Spirituality in Canada” at the G20 Interfaith Summit held in Istanbul, Turkey November 16-18. The theme of the conference this year was "Religion, Harmony and Sustainable Development." Over the course of the Summit the students attended various panels on the topics of human rights, gender, sustainable development, religion and spirituality from distinguished scholars, religious leaders and development practitioners.
