International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD)

Busola Olaniyan's Canadian field placement was with the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). Her main project was to research water-related monitoring programs in Manitoba and Ontario run by various levels of government as well as other entities (e.g. hydro utilities, industry, watershed groups etc.). She produced a short report for publication, as well as an internal resource document for IISD and IISD-ELA. Busola also assisted with a water-focused citizen science project.
