Athletic Therapy
The scope of practice of an athletic therapist is devoted to the health care of the physically active individual. UWinnipeg’s AT curriculum is one of only seven programs accredited by the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA).

Kinesiology
This degree can be applied to various careers, spanning physical activity and aging, adapted physical activity (working with persons with disabilities), sport psychology, and sport administration, among others.

Physical and Health Education
Students thinking about teaching physical education in the school system as their career of choice should consider this integrated program.

• Prerequisites: Integrated BEd/BPHE: Have completed five credits at the Grade 12 level, designated A, S or G. Must present standing in either: two credits of English 40 (A or S level) plus one credit of Mathematics 40S (Pre-Calculus, Applied or Essential/Consumer) OR one credit of English 40 (A or S level) plus PreCalculus Mathematics 40S.
