Dr. Todd Mondor

Dr. Todd Mondor is The University of Winnipeg's tenth president and vice-chancellor. His term runs from April 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027.
A proud graduate of UWinnipeg, Dr. Mondor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in psychology in 1987, and went on to attain both a master’s degree and doctorate in cognitive psychology from the University of Waterloo. Prior to joining Mount Allison University as a professor in its Psychology department, he completed an NSERC post-doctoral fellowship at McGill University and the Montreal Neurological Institute.
Dr. Mondor returned to Winnipeg in 1999, joining the Psychology department at the University of Manitoba where he taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, supervised numerous student research projects and theses, and maintained a productive, award-winning research program in auditory perception and cognition which was funded by NSERC for over 20 years. He also held a number of academic leadership positions including Deputy Provost, Vice-Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies, and Head of the department of Psychology, and served the local Winnipeg community in a number of volunteer roles, including on the Board of Directors of Rossbrook House for many years.
