In this webinar, we will explore the characteristics of successful partnerships and how context impacts their development. We will discuss key features of effective partnerships and describe the operational steps involved in partnership development. We will also learn how to track progress, maintain records, and know when to step back while offering continued support. Key features of successful partnerships, including trusting relationships, mutual benefits, shared vision, clear communication, effective management, and positive team dynamics, will be discussed throughout the session.
