Student Sustainability Ambassadors
The UW Sustainability Office is looking to hire up to 7 UW students to be our Sustainability Ambassadors for the 2024-25 academic year. The Sustainability Ambassadors will help the CSO with sustainability related outreach and education, events, and data collection.
If you are passionate about environmental and social justice, are comfortable starting conversations, like public speaking, and are looking for a job on-campus, please apply!
Details:
Term: 3-month term (August 26-November 26, 2024)
Training: Monday August 26 & Tuesday August 27, 2024 (choose one)
Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday between 10am-4pm and other shifts offered as events come up.
Official Start Date: Wednesday August 28th and Thursday August 29th for UW Orientation
Conditions of Employment:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be a current UWinnipeg student
