How to Apply for Awards at The University of Winnipeg
Applying for awards at The University of Winnipeg is easy! Our application will ask if you wish to self-declare as a student with a disability. Self-declaring on the application will ensure we can consider you for awards that support students with disabilities as well as our other awards opportunities.

Government Student Aid

Canada Student Loans offers two non-repayable grants to students with disabilities verified through their provincial student branch.

- Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Permanent Disabilities

Other Services and Support Programs
Accessibility Services (AS) and Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services (DHoHS) facilitate and promote the ongoing development of an accessible learning environment which provides students with disabilities or medical conditions the opportunity to participate fully in all aspects of campus life.
