NOTE:  The Ellucian GO app has now been retired and is no longer available.  Instead, students, faculty, and staff can use WebAdvisor, which provides all of the same services as the GO app did and is also mobile-friendly.

 

How do I download the Ellucian GO app?

To download and install the Ellucian GO app, search your app store for Ellucian GO or select a link below.

After downloading and opening the app, scroll through the list of institutions and select "The University of Winnipeg." Login using your UWinnipeg username and password.

What username and password do I use to login to Ellucian GO?

Use your UWinnipeg provided username and password. This is the same password that you use to login to computers on campus, WebAdvisor, and Colleague Self-Service.

Why don’t I see all of my courses in the Grades module?

The Grades module only shows the grades you have earned for courses registered at UWinnipeg – it does not include transfer credit courses or high school prerequisite courses.

Why do terms with no courses show in the Grades module?

This is a known issue in the current version of the Ellucian GO app and can be ignored. Our vendor is aware of the issue and is working on a solution.

Why don’t I see the Plan & Register module?

The Plan & Register module is only available to Undergraduate students.

How do I find contact information for faculty or staff?

Use the Directory on the UWinnipeg website to find contact information for faculty or staff. The directory can be found at https://www.uwinnipeg.ca/directory/

Why can’t I see specific rooms on the Maps?

The Maps module only shows the locations of buildings, it does not show specific rooms.

What does the Student Finance module display?

The Student Finance module displays the overall balance owing to the University and your most recent payments going back 90 days. The balance includes pending awards and deposit payments. The balance does not include Housing fees.

How do I register for a course?

Undergraduate students only. Access the Plan & Register module. The Cart will display the courses you have planned using Student Planning. Select the course(s) you want to register and then click Register.

My class is full, how do I add myself to the waitlist?

Undergraduate students only. If a course is full, you must use Student Planning to add yourself to a waitlist or search for another available section.

How do I drop a course?

Undergraduate students only. Access the Plan & Register module. Select the Registered icon. The courses you are currently registered in will display. Select the course(s) you want to drop and select Drop.
