The Indigenous Summer Scholars Program (ISSP) is a 12-week applied research program that engages Indigenous undergraduate students and recent graduates from undergraduate programs in a variety of scholarly, collaborative, and community-based research projects. Under the management of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Scholars will participate in a paid summer program, through which they will be matched with University of Winnipeg Researchers (faculty or staff members) and contribute to their research projects.
Students who are selected will receive a stipend of $5,000 over the twelve weeks. The application deadline is February 24th, 2023.
