The Master in Management in Technology, Innovation, and Operations Management (MiM TIO) was designed with industry executives to provide an opportunity for up-and-coming talent to complete a graduate degree while working. The program's multidisciplinary classes bring about valuable discussion and support the degree's innovative nature.

The MiM TIO degree requirements consist of 30 credit hours (10 courses) which are designed to allow maximum flexibility for students. The requirements are taken in three modules:

Module 2: Taken online. Students take six interactive, asynchronous courses over several semesters.

Module 3: Taken in-person. Students return to campus for two weeks to complete their final two courses.

The Master in Management: Technology, Innovation and Operations Management welcomes students who are have completed a four-year business degree, have a minimum of two years working experience and are working toward management careers. At the discretion of the Department of Business and Administration's Graduate Committee, students who hold equivalent degrees with professional designations and significant professional or leadership experience may also be admitted.

The MiM TIO is completed mostly online. However, there is an option to complete 60% of the courses in person.
