POSTER SYMPOSIUM WORKSHOP
Are you thinking about registering at this year's 19th annual undergraduate Randy Kobes Poster Symposium, but still have questions? OR, have you already registered and want to know more details and how to create a prize-winning presentation and poster at the event on November 13th? Then this workshop is for you!! The following specifics will be discussed:
- Symposium Format
- How to present your poster
- Tips from an experienced Judge as to what they’re looking for
- Important Dates/Deadlines
Our guest presenter is Ashley King, a former experienced judge who will take the time to present what they're looking for in a prize-winning poster and presentation. They will provide examples of what judges enjoy and what things should be avoided. A member of the organizing committee will also summarize judges’ comments from previous years and go over tips for effective communication.
