Biography:
Milos Mitrovic is an award-winning Canadian-based Writer/Director/Editor born in Sarajevo, Bosnia. His short films Imitations (2016) & homer_b (2017) premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. His feature film, Tapeworm (2019), premiered at the Vancouver International Film Festival (Canada) and Slamdance Film Festival (USA) and is available on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and Cineplex on Demand. Mitrovic is a member of the Los Angeles-based video editing collective RACERTRASH and is currently an associate programmer for the Slamdance Film Festival. He served as the Manager of Programs and Training at the Winnipeg Film Group from 2016 – 2019, where he curated Master Classes with the likes of Rutegar Hauer (Blade Runner) and Roy Wagner (Nightmare on Elm Street 3). Currently, Mitrovic works as the Head of Post-Production for Tripwire Media Group and as a freelance video editor for Farpoint Films. His editing credits include television shows: IHOSTAGE (2018), My Misdiagnosis (2018), I ALIVE (2018), The Day My Job Tried To Kill Me (2020), Disaster Deja Vu (2021), and Cruise Ship Killers Season 1 and 2 (2020) & (2021).
