The photo features a group of musical theatre performers in three rows ddep. The front row of 5 young adults is seated in wheelchairs with the 6th adult kneeling next to them. Rows 2 & 3 are standing. Everyone is dressed in bright primary colored shirts. Their arms are raised high in the air and there is a look of pure joy on their faces. The logo which superimposes the individuals has the words; AIM 4 ALL- All Inclusive Musical Theatre written across it in neon yellow BOLD letters. The words are encircled by an electric yellow oblong frame.

Brenda Gorlick, former professor in the Dept. of Theatre & Film has launched AIM 4 ALL - All-Inclusive Musicals along with colleagues Lois Brothers & Laura Kolisnyk.

The program provides year-round musical theatre training where individuals with and without disabilities collaborate as equals. Our goal is to produce fully inclusive musical productions, addressing the lack of inclusive performing arts programs in our community.

By fostering a safe, creative, and diverse environment, we empower participants of all abilities to share their talents and thrive together. We are proud to be working in conjunction with the Manitoba Down Syndrome Society to bring our collective vision to life.

Our entire team shares a broad and varied expertise in performing arts education and production with neurodivergent, neurotypical and differently abled individuals. Our collaborative leadership ensures the artistic and educational integrity of AIM 4 ALL.

Our initiative aims to supplement performing arts opportunities for youth and adults in Manitoba creating a platform that celebrates, diversity and inclusiveness. Inclusivity is the key and our ultimate goal.
