Webmail

Check your University Webmail account regularly! This is how the University will notify you about important information, such as fees owing, openings on waitlists, new sections/labs, or other changes to courses. Throughout the year, you will also receive invitations to useful webinars/events and information on valuable programs and supports.

Go to Webmail and use your WebAdvisor username and password to login:

Use WebAdvisor/Student Planning to plan and register for your courses. You can also use WebAdvisor to update your personal contact information, access your T2202 tax forms, and check your (unofficial) transcript. To change your address (or phone number or email), log in to WebAdvisor, select "Current Students," and then, under Academic Profile, select "Address Change."

Forgot your WebAdvisor User ID or Password?

Click on "Log In" at the top of WebAdvisor, select "What’s My User ID?" or "Forgot My Password" and follow the prompts. You’ll be asked for your seven-digit student number.

Online Courses

To access your course materials online (course outline, handouts, assignments, updates, etc.), go to the Nexus website and login with your WebAdvisor user ID and password.

WIFI

To log in to the Eduroam (education roaming) wireless network on campus, use your WebAdvisor user ID and password. Set-up instructions for mobile devices are here: UWinnipeg Wireless
