Early registration closes at 11:59pm on 22 April, 2025. Late registration is available up to and including in-person at the conference, but all banquet registrations must be received by 7 May 2025.

Note that by default registration includes a donation to Blackbaud, the company who offers the payment system at a lower rate to public institutions. If you do not wish to make a donation, please be sure to uncheck the checkbox on the payment page (at the bottom of the popup window with the credit card form). We cannot refund any accidental donations.

As you will see, there are several categories to choose from. Please note that all presenters must be members of the CAC. Please ensure your membership is up to date prior to registering.

Registration Categories

Regular/Sustaining Member is for those members who may have financial support from their institutions in the forms of PD accounts or grants and who are willing to shoulder more of the financial burden of the conference. These fees help us to keep the registration costs for Student/Teacher/Non-salaried (i.e., those who make less than $40,000 / year) affordable.

Regular/Member is the standard registration category for CAC members who wish to attend the conference.

Regular/Non-Member is the registration category for non-members who wish to attend (but not present at) the conference.

Student/Member is the standard registration category undergraduate or graduate CAC members who wish to attend the conference.

Student/Non-Member is the registration category for undergraduate or graduate non-members who wish to attend (but not present at) the conference.

Retired/Non-University Teacher/Non-Salaried is the registration category for CAC Members who are retired, pre-university teachers, or who fall into the lower-income CAC membership category (annual income less than $40,000).

Non-Student and Non-Member Visitor is the registration category for non-professional guests of members such as spouses, partners, etc., who wish to be able to attend the social events but not any academic events at the conference.

University of Winnipeg Community Members is the registration category for Faculty members at the University of Winnipeg from outside the Department of Classics.

Food

If you wish to attend the banquet, please be sure to select the appropriate banquet option and indicate your food choice on the following page. Please note that the student price is only for students, as we are attempting to encourage graduate students to come to the banquet by offering a lower rate.

The GSC Lunch and WN Lunch are free, but you must indicate at registration if you wish to participate in these events.

Payment

The registration site offers secure credit card payment. We are not set up to receive cash or cheque by mail. If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact me directly so that we may manually process your registration.
