Building Infrastructure
Our Building Infrastructure division is responsible for a wide range of building systems on campus. These systems keep you comfortable, connected, safe, and secure all year long.
Some of the services that the Building Infrastructure division looks after include:
- Air quality and balancing
- Building automation and energy management
- Chemical fume hoods & exhaust systems
- Data & low voltage cabling
- Electrical
- Elevator and lift systems
- Emergency power systems
- Engineering services
- Life safety systems (Fire extinguishers, fire protection systems, gas monitoring, etc.)
- Heating and cooling systems
- Kitchen equipment
- Lighting and lighting control systems
- Plumbing & water systems
- Preventive mechanical maintenance
- Security systems (Access control, intrusion, video surveillance, access controls)
