Hire A Co-op Ed Student
UWinnipeg Co-op Ed students are motivated and highly invested in their work terms. Co-op students complete an intensive application process in order to be admitted to the program. These students have chosen to enhance their degrees by joining the Co-op Program to gain valuable work experience in their field. Participating in the Co-op program is a cost-effective solution for projects and high peak business cycles within your organization. Partnering with UWinnipeg will ensure your organization develops a long-term recruitment strategy that will create the ability to hire students full-time once graduated who are familiar with your business.
