Can we measure “Reconciliation”?

Since the Canadian TRC issued its Calls to Action in 2015 under the banner “It’s time for reconciliation” there have been many discussions of reconciliation between Indigenous and other Canadians. But among the many definitions that have been offered for reconciliation,  how will we know whether Canada is making progress, stalling, or regressing with respect to reconciliation? This presentation describes research in progress to develop a Canadian Reconciliation Barometer.
