OHQS resources now available on IUS website

The Institute of Urban Studies has a long history of working with tenants, landlords, and community organizations on housing issues. Our latest work has been on developing the Observer-rated Housing Quality Scale (OHQS). It is a tool designed for tenants, housing workers, case managers, property owners, and researchers to assess housing conditions.
