Degree Information
The Master in Management (MiM) with a specialization in Technology, Innovation and Operations is a 30-credit hour degree offered in a unique hybrid delivery model. Students will study both on-campus and online.

The program has been developed into three modules.
Module 1 is an intensive, in-person, two week (full day) introduction to the degree held in August. The courses delivered will be:
- GBUS 7110, Introduction to Technology, Innovation, and Operations Management (3 credits)
- GBUS 7120, Leadership and Organizational Behaviour in Innovative Organizations (3 credits)
Module 2 is the core of the program with four courses delivered in an online format. Two courses may be taken online or in-person. The courses will be:
- GBUS 7210, Business Strategy (3 credits)
- GBUS 7220, Project Management (3 credits)
- GBUS 7230, Strategies in Operations and Supply Chain Management (3 credits)
- GBUS 7240, Information Systems and Knowledge Management (3 credits)
- GBUS 7250, Strategic Management Accounting (3 credits)
- GBUS 7260, Innovation Management (3 credits)
Module 2 consists of two online courses with the remaining four being delivered in person. The courses will be:
- GBUS 7210, Business Strategy (3 credits)
- GBUS 7240, Information Systems and Knowledge Management (3 credits)
- GBUS 7225, Descriptive Analytics (3 credits)
- GBUS 7235, Advanced Prescriptive (3 credits)
- GBUS 7255, Advanced Predictive (3 credits)
- GBUS 7265, Multi-Variate (3 credits)
Module 3 concludes the program and will be delivered in an intensive two week (full day) capstone session also in August. The courses delivered will be:
- GBUS 7310, Current Trends in Technology, Innovation and Operations Management (3 credits)
- GBUS 7320, Graduate Project (3 credits)
