Estimates and Quotes
A “job estimate” is the projected cost of a print job. Estimates are subject to revision based on actual production experience. Your charge may be slightly higher or lower (usually +/- 10 %) than the estimate, depending on the actual time and supplies required to complete the job. Estimates can usually be completed in 24 hours. Please contact Kim Gulas at 204.786.9342 to request an estimate.
A “quote” is a guaranteed final price for a print job. We can provide firm quotes for larger projects, in order to protect you from any major surprises.
Billing
Internal printing and duplicating invoices are processed monthly, and charged directly to your university account. Departmental statements are mailed out approximately one week after month end. This statement includes job number, contact person, brief description of the job, and cost.
