Panopto

If your Instructor is using Panopto to stream your course videos, these videos are accessed through your Nexus course site.

Having issues viewing Panopto videos?
First, try refreshing your browser. If that does not resolve the issue, please ensure that:

  1. You’re using a supported device and browser (e.g. if you’re using Safari browser while the issue occurs, please try Google Chrome or Firefox)
  2. You’ve enabled 3rd party cookies in your web browser
  3. You’ve tried these video viewing troubleshooting steps


If, after trying all of the above, the issue still persists, then to investigate the issue further, please contact nexus@uwinnipeg.ca with:

  • The name/course and section number of a Nexus course that this is occurring in
  • If you have a screenshot of the issue to provide, that would be helpful
  • The device type and browser type (and version number) you’re using when the issue occurs
